01 — Weight Gain

This is a major issue we face as our bodies become peri and post-menopausal. You’re not alone my friend! And guess what? There’s a bunch of reasons why this is happening. I absolutely promote self-love and acceptance of your beautiful unique self, and believe we can be healthy and strong at almost any size. But if something seems off and you’re not feeling your best, we’re going to address it. I’ve faced this (and trust me, it’s an ongoing process!) and excited to share what I’ve learned.

02 — Sleep Disturbance

Are you waking up at all hours of the night? Or taking an incredibly long time to get to sleep when you used to transport yourself to dreamland so easily? Frustrating, yes? As someone who used to win gold medals in the Sleep Olympics (that’s a thing, right?), I know your pain. And happy to guide you through the reasons this may be happening. Good news….there are fixes for this.

03 — Brain Fog

I know. This one is so tough and frustrating. Let’s make one thing clear: you are amazing, brilliant, and definitely not alone… spaciness and forgetfulness seem to be BFF’s with menopause. And we’re going to tell them just where they can go (nicely!) and get our focus back.

04 — Chronic Pain

So many folks live with long-term chronic pain. And what most people don’t know is that ALL pain originates in the brain. The good news is that a lot of longterm chronic pain is what we call primary, or neuroplastic, pain….meaning we can work to TURN IT DOWN! Using proven neuroscientific methods and a warm, empathetic approach, I can share many wonderful practices as we explore the origins of your pain history. You got this :-) .
